I'm sure his legs are not up to par for a professional athlete (after all he's an actor)...however that angle does NO ONE justice. It creates a tunnel like affect. Try taking a pic of yourself at that angle with an iphone and see what happens . That said I'm sure some additonal leg work would not hurt the man.

He is practically displaying the left quad. It's obviously in the pic that there is virtually no muscle above the knee. Put my leg or your leg I'm sure in those shorts in that exact shot and we'd have tree trunks.
