Cottage cheese ideas
I am getting tired of eating it plain, and would like a little variety. How do you eat yours?

I know it sounds gross, but I mix 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese with Kidney beans. Afterwards, you'll have a full tank of gas. lol
Also, you can add strawberries, or some berries.

you can go sweet and add things like cinnamon and some sweetner...
go veggie and add pepper...for myself I found red peppers worked best...dice them up and stir...or you could even blend it and use it as a topping for chicken...or put it in the center of egg whites and fold them over making an all protein crepe of sorts...
my alltime favorite though was full fat, small curd cot chz with freshly cut watermelon...

I usually go with either
a) slice of pineapple
b)cinnamon/sweetner
c)strawberries
d)low cal chocolate powder
e)add PB

mix it with diet jelly and it let it sit in fridge over night....tastes awsome!

I mix 2 cups of cottage cheese with 1-2 cups of yogurt (low sugar variety.) It completely masks the nasty flavor of cottage cheese. If you buy the small curd that helps too.

When do you eat your cottage cheese GX? I always have mine at the final meal of the day, so I don't have the carb adding option.

Man I just smother mine w/ black pepper. The only carbs I take in before bed is what is in the cottage cheese. I don't add anything.
