    Default IronMagLabs Cyanostane Ayezer log

    ready to start got Cyanostane today.
    Ready to start tomorrow.

    Supposed to do Bench Contest tested Friday and bench raw 300 x 1 315 x 2 spotters hand close to bar was not sure if did all on own, so came back 3 days
    later and had trouble sleeping this weekend so got what should sleep in 1 day for 2 days. still felt tired 300x 1 and 315 x1 it was tough maybee could get 320
    but was fatigued. Tomorrow will try bench shirt and then go to a bodybuilding workout rest of the week.

    Can't wait to start!!!

    weighed actually yesterday weighed 176 am post breakfast with all my work clothes I were a lab coat w/my keys belt pen, dress shoes etc estimate 4 lbs
    plus 2lbs from breakfast was not huge ate on the way to work a granola bar plus cup coffee so estimate about 170 lbs in am.

    measured w/plenty of bf but measured poss incorrect chest 44" biceps 16 1/8"
    calf 14 5/8" thigh plenty of fat 22 1/8" waist 34 but fitting in 32 pants

    bad day w/bench shirt trouble touch 405 only because I have been lifting mainly raw and I bench raw like a bodybuilder so I do not go low enough on chest to touch easier and be stronger off chest actually touched w/405 and got it.
    It takes alot mroe time and poractice than 1 month to get the proper technique and it has only been a month but back in 2008 hit double ply bench 455 and single ply lat year and easy 407 and just missed 435.

    But with this log and to see what and how it really can change body I am going to stay raw I think or my main focus training in equipment/bench shirt can increae strength but not muscle size that comes from raw training, diet supps and that is the purpose here and what will be focus now.     Will be.following along.....not sure if you have a coach for your bench show...check out some youtube vids from tiny meeker....hes trains at the same gym.i do and trains alot of bench pressers....he is also the world record holder in shirted benching(he may have gotten passed....not sure)at 1025lbs or some crazy wieght like that....maybe can pick.up some tips from.his vids....theres a ton of technique stuff with these shirted lifts...

    Thanks!! I was on a team with experince lifter in past aesp when hit 455 bench at 165 but right now I do not knwo from week to week where I will be and who can spot etc etc.
    Yesterday my friend who knows his stuff helped but had to travel to see him. I am still bench like a raw bencher in a shirt which won't work.
    TINY MEEKER is one of the best in a shirt I will check out his videos on line.

    I am not giving up but not going to a meet clsoe right now need more tim eto practice technique. thanks for follwoing but other days going to be bodybuilding type training.

    2nd day on cyanostane and was looking in gym thicker already
    felt strong bw up .6 lbs in am post breakfast and another 1.1 lbs at least 2 hrs after lunch
    (did not have time today for proper meal 1 2 3 today) and after a trip to bathroom wt still up.

    looked again thicker already in gym
    pullups bw set x 20 reps sets 2 and 3 15 reps and set 4 <60 sec post set 4 another 12 reps
    machine chest supported rows 4 sets then 4 more sets chest support rows sort of hammer strenth type machine but at 45 degree angle and pulling arms back individaully
    then pulldowns 3 sets undergrip med 10 reps
    then db shrugs ss w/ reverse hypers only 50 lbs 4 sets 15 reps
    db shrugs 85 x 10 90 x 10 95 x 10 100 x 10

    biceps preacher machine curls 4 sets 10-12 reps no rest then db hammer curls 4 sets 20 lb db x 10, 25 lb x8 30 lb db x 8 2 sets reg db curls 25 x 8 30 x 8 35 x 6

    Just out of curiosity why did you choose this PH over something stronger Methadrol Extreme or Super DMZ 2.0 ?

    had a long day at work do not do physical but alot of paper work

    Went to gym to and forgot to weigh today but did not get a good chest workout but still sore from wed shirt bench so did a couple of sets raw bench and then shoulders and tries

    Bench raw 225 x 7 275 x6 6th rep was tough felt heavy but 2nd set 275 x 6 better poss had 7
    was in much better grove/

    thgen shoukders side laterals 4 sets 8-10 reps up to 25 lb db
    then db press standing 10 reps about 4 sets up to 45 lb db

    then rear delts 4 sets last drop 12-15 reps

    then tir tri seated machine ext 4 sets 8-15 reps and dip machine for tris close to bottom of stack 12-15 reps 4 sets.

    still not decided if going to do bench meet oct 27, 12 so did openers tonight raw
    it was a crazy work day so did not have any time for much else and hardly ate not sure of my weight but feel lighter.
    wt about 170 in am pre breakfast 275 ez x1 300 x 1 ez pause 315 x 1 touch n go possibly felt like 2 reps for 315 but plan was only singles tonight. definately feeling strong.
    Debate eat and gain some wt and may be get up to 175 and go for 330-340.

    bw w/shorts and t-shirt 174 at night however
    pullupswide grip to front bw 4 sets 12 reps
    front pulldowns4 sets 8 reps heavy old fashioned stack 135 lbs
    wide grip chest support machine rows 100 lbs 4 sets 12 reps
    barbell shrugs no straps but hooks so only could hold 225 lbs 4 sets 8 reps home to eat
    chick pasta (whole wheat) brocc tomoa

    off day another long day from work alot of paper work.

    I most likely will do a local meet bench raw try to gain size also and see what happens.
    Traveling to compete right now tough not ruling out but going to decide for sure tomorrow.

    A day or two before the meet you may increase the Cyano dose a bit......just for more effect.....like double the dose.....maybe....

    agree (double dose)feeling it tonight going to have to go up a weight class going to weight tomorrow am.
