I have not run Dmz at all only cyano.
looking to start SDM2 next weeka as transition. It is not a full 3 weeks and think will only do 2 weeks w/dmz going to do a local bench meet Nov 10 and then stop for 4 weeks.
It has been a while since on anything so feel any reacts and only doing 1 tab a day with cyano
getting good results on getting thick and full with cyano feel very strong too.

right now local Raleigh/Clayton area meet Nov 10 lifting raw bench. Raw bench going well having some $ problems so can't travel right now. Rock hill meet when is it again
Lifting in shirt is hard because have to travel to train in it as technique is
so important. getting 315 x 1 post workout and almost 2 reps and getting 275 for 7 reps now

good chest day bw up another lb later early evening wt 174-175 digital scale wt changed back and forth
bench 225 x 8 275 x 5 300 x 3 315 x 2 steep incline barbell press 135 x 10 185 x 8 185 x 8
drop set to 135 x 15 then pec deck ss w/rear delt machine 3 ss 15 reps each
then side laterals 15 lb db x 15 20 x 12 drop set 25 lb db x 6 20 x 3 15 x 6
then front raises w/olympic bar 3 sets 10 reps.

off day trick or treating w/son wt about 175-176 lbs afternoon I have a very accurate scale at work but weigh w/clothes on and and weighed 180 w/about 4-5 lbs clothes.

another busy day at work having some atress at home re fixing ac lucky don't need it now but stressfull dealing with that and work
back today pullups 4 sets 10-12 reps Iknow I am gaining wt as rep 10 on last 2 sets was tough
pulldowns cna feel stronger there as when doen wt throughs me bakc up 3 sets 8 reps ss w/back machine raises(helps my back feel better) wanted to deads but some back problems
seated machine rows 3 sets 10-15 reps also ss w/machine back raises
db rows 70 lb x 8 70 x 8 80 x8
db shrugs lost my wrist straps again have hooks only so hurt on db rows and shrugs to
85 lb x 12 reps 3 sets.

wt up again late afternoon early evening 176 should have a new pic soon.
feel real strong arms today
bench w/monster minis double 80-85 lbs at mid to top 135 5 reps 185 x 8 good speed
then cg bench 185 x 10 225 x 8 275 more med grip but not wide and did 5 reps pr
then 225 x12 the ss lying db ext w/db curls 3 ss then triset tri ext standing w/tri machine pressdowns almost whole stack w/preacher machine curls 3 ss
then db hammer curls 3 sets great pump.

new pics and deadlifting
012.jpg013.jpg feel great saw monster pulling so started pulling again and next week their is a push/pull meet locally here.
wt about 175 afater breakfast and pre workout drink, wt 5'4 3/4" a tad under 5'5"
back felt better good warm-up stretching
deads 315 x 3 ez 365 x 2 had more stopped there since meet next Sat
did leg ext, front squats 3 sets only 95 lbs 8 reps but <30 sec between sets again do not want to be sore have not done a good leg workout in 2 weeks and was not planning to pull at meet but now ready. also did reverse hypers also very light 50 lbs 3 sets 12 reps feel great now no back pain.

poss bb contest next year
I do this to myself all the time looking at guys winning qualifiers and going to various events and this only 3 weeks into any thing hormonal for at 2 years and not even taking full dose just look and still see can do it biggest problem well family not problem but a factor, and of course we have alot of bills my wifes loans,
etc etc, and time of course with family, but hate to waste, never been on a national stage in bb.
