biceps cardio abs and calves
good bicep day preacher machine curls 4 sets barbell curls 3 sets hammer curls 3 sets
abs a few sets and calves first time in awhile for calves no weight today.
tomorrow bench today to warm up for meet sat.

last bench workout before meet 135 w/u 225 x 8 275 x 7 last rep tough save it for SAt 275 felt diff not set right needed another set w/but since contest sat no point to save it for SAt
225 xc 10 ez then pushdowns 4 sets 15 reps then side and front laterals 15 lbs 3 sets each 10-15 reps.
back tomorrow eat likely crazy na dnow 2dmz 2.0.
wt 177 w/clothes on no shoes post a meal so weigh in late friday and miss a meal or 2 then eat like crazy to gain back wt.Last edited by ayezer; 11-06-2012 at 07:23 PM.

no workout today rst up for meet sdmz 2.0 w/dinner tonight.
also taking saw palmetto multivit, fish oils, liver prot, pct nat test w/ trib chrysin, indole-3-carbinol, Phytosterol complex w/Beta Sisosterol and Sigmasterol and Broccolit tabs plus eat a good serving of broccoli daily.

wt about 176 in pm today up to 2 sdmz 2.0
eating good pretty clean oats prot powder + nutrigrain bar my wife gets from work more natural
bars these days not the best had 2 meals like
turkey sand w/ whole wheat bread w/tsp mayo
chcicken breast tbsp caaser cressing
2 servings
then 1/2 sweet potata plain pre workout
light back workout pre meet
front pulldowns wide grip 4 sets 8-15 reps last set drop old fashioned rack no fancy pullwys
machine grip rows 3 sets 12-15 rpes <30 sec rest
back mahcine raises 2 sets 20 rpes light wieght keep lower back warm
abs crunches 3 sets 15-20 reps
face pullls also really light 2 sets 20 reps pre hab
shoulders feel good feel great but tired at work esp post meal.
go Friday early weigh in should weigh in miss 1 meal and then eat like crazy.

powerlifting meet
well weigh-in yesterday 173 lbs missed 1 meal
bench 305 315 330 had a little more
deadllift only did 1 deadlift taining session for this meet and it was last Sat
and 365 x2
atempts 375 x1 385x 1 395 x1 had more in me not much and back was not feeling great so was conservative but at 47 won overall bes masters lifter by formula against other wt classes. Was my second overall masters win in powerlifting and bench conests going raw. Got the but see what happens
ready for putting more size on will try to get vidoes from the meet having trouble/
How do add videos.any help do you have to download on you tube, or a similar website.
Thansk fro 2 weels cyanostane and 2 weeks sdmz 2.0 will post a pic of me as well before and after much stronger and thicker at least feel.
If train for dad and bench next goal raw 350 and 450 pull.
See what happens.
