You said he wasn't doing "proper reps" , and since he is a bodybuilder I'd assume you mean he isn't doing reps that are conducive to building maximum size . I would think the guy in the video doesn't care what ROM he is using or what is "proper" . He isn't video taping the lifts in an effort to display a legal lift in powerlifting , therefore your statement is moot. Now quit giving Canadians a bad name and pay attention.

He looks like 35 easy.
Big lifts but his physique on stage is mediocre.
Use lighter weights and proper form.

What's everybody's problem? He's a young kid, strong as hell and pretty big too.
So what if he doesn't use textbook form? Has he claimed to do so? No matter if those squats are half, one third or even just quarter of the full ROM they are heavy as shit and he's lifting it - and obviously he has gained some considerable size. Whether or not he will become bloated and ugly has little to do with the weights he's lifting...

He is crazy strong but I do foresee some joint issues in his future ( my hip bothers my from lots of heavy squats) I would say lighten up if only for longevitys sake his form doesn't look sloppy though.
