    Amazing, especially at 21 years of age. I hope he doesn't hurt himself going with low reps like that. As good as that is I think Ronnie's 800 x 2 reps are better. Has a great future if he stays healthy.

    Not necessarily gonna have the same results. I use half that weight and do full reps and my legs don't look like his, even taking drugs into account. His methods and his form clearly works for him. What works for this guy may not work for everyone. As it stands , his legs are some of the biggest in bodybuilding. Coleman has loose form on some lifts and anyone who says he isn't doing it right is an idiot.
    It is only pertinent to critique form when the lifter actually has a lagging muscle group or build. It's fine to tell some of your clients to scale back the weight but they also don't have 34 inch quads.
