The pre-judging starts at 1pm and the night show is at 7pm... That's 7am EST and 1pm EST.

FITNESS:

JODI BOAM: Looks a little soft. Especially compared to the other girls. Very hard line-up.

REGIANE DASILVA: She usually stands out because of her size and condition, but at this show, she is in the norm.

TINA DURKIN: This is the hardest I have seen her. Very lean and dry. Small waist. With these European judges I bet she does very well.

ADELA GARCIA: Matching her Olympia shape. She looks very confident.

RYALL GRABER-VASANI: Small compact waist. Good shape. Looks comfortable up there.

OKSANA GRISHINA: Definitely tightened up from the Olympia. She also looks fuller. Must have went back to what she used to do. This is my favorite look for her. I’m not a fan of the softer smaller Oksana. She will do well in this round. Could she push Adela if she wins or gets close in this round?

FIONA HARRIS: Very lean. Pretty girl. Wide in the wiast. Glutes almost in just standing there.

TANJI JOHNSON: Tanji looks softer standing up there with all of these harder girls.

DIANA MONTEIRO: Wow. Crazy lean. Awesome abs. Looks very muscular up there compared to the rest of the line up.

DANIELA O’MARA: Small ripped chick. A little wide in the waist for a girl that small.

CAMALA RODRIGUEZ: She is in shape. Her front relaxed shot is very impressive with that small waist and great abs.

DANIELLE RUBAN: I have always liked her look. Very athletic looking. She LOOKS like she would be good at fitness… Great midsection.

KIZZY VAINES: Has tightened up since the Olympia. Wide shoulders and lats popping out with a small waist from the front. Not as good from the back.

Adela, Oksana, Tina Durkin, Diana Monteiro, Tanji....

Diana is SO muscular. I could see her doing well in WPD.

*I have it Oksana in 1st, Adela in 2nd, Tina in 3rd, Tanji in 4th, and Diana in 5th

Second Call-out:

Tina, Kizzy, Regina, Fiona Harris, Camala...

I guess Tina Durkin wasn't 4th... they kept her, signifying that she was 5th, behind Diana, who didn't return.

Out of these I had Camala or Tina winning this round. Kizzy behind them.

Last Callout:

Tina, Diana, Oksana, Adela, Tanji...

Oksana in the middle... Diana on the left and Adela on the right.

To me Diana doesn't look like a fitness competitor.

Of that last callout Tanji was the least in-shape... Oksana had the BEST condition.

KATI ALANDER: Muscular. Too much for the US standards. Very big capped delts.

SUSANNA BOCK: blocky in the midsection.

CRISTIANA CASONI: Needs to be tighter in the lower body.

AVA COWEN: I’m not a fan of the hair. Her upper body is as good as ever. Her lower body seems less muscular and not as tight as usual.

MARIA SANCHEZ: Could be tighter in the lower body from the back especially.

CHELSIE GUNDERSON: From Canada. Pretty blond. Soft in the lower body.

CANDICE KEENE: Candice always has that amazing shape, but she is no ON here. Holding some fluid everywhere. Not her best.

ELENI KRITIKOPOULOU: Thick in the midsection.

GINA LONA: Pretty girl. Exotic. People here like her, but she is wide in the waist, and doesn’t have the wide shoulders and impressive taper.

LJUBA PANTOVIC: Needs more muscle, and is kind of loose everywhere.

PALOMA PARRA: Way way too lean. Drawn in the face. Striations everywhere. Not good.

LARISSA REIS: Surprisingly smooth. I figured she would try and tighten up for the Europena judges… Espcecially since that is what she likes.

NATALIA REVAJOVA: Tiny waist. Loose in the butt. Could be a little leaner everywhere, but her butt is very loose.

LOUISE ROGERS: Good midsection. I liked her front relaxed. Good taper, and good stage presence.

ELVIMAR SANCHEZ: Lower body needs to be tighter.

MIRIAM SANCHEZ: Narrow in the delts. All these girls are inshape.

GIADA SIMARI: A little hard. Drawn in the face.

ERIN STERN: Held about 95% of her condition. From the back she is the same, but the front of her quads aren’t quite what they were. She still looks awesome. Traveling doesn’t seem to bother her. Easy winner.

The fitness girls were definitely harder, but these girls aren't particularly hard or muscular.

The ones that are unusually hard are the ones without the shape necessary to do damage.

Going in numerical order right now. In the first callout... Louise Rodgers is the best of this first 6. Small waist, good abs, nice taper.

Of course, I'm not counting Candice, who we know will be 2nd place... Unless they really don't like how soft she is.

(Candice is the softest of those six in the front... We have a few soft butts in the back shots... Not Candice)
