    This is the first installment of my Halo Log.

    My diet is basically Dave's keto diet with a serving or 2 of blueberries per day and instead of one cheat meal, I have a cheat DAY.

    My training is pretty basic. 3-4 exercizes per body part rep ranges typically in the 6-10 area. Occasionally as low as 4. Usually two working sets per exercize with 1 or 2 warmups on the 1st exercize per body part. The only deviation from this is for calves. My calves have always and continue to suck. However, I started training them according to Dave's recommendation 2-3 exercises, 1 set each and 15 reps or failure, which ever comes first. Usually 1 set of seated, 1 set of standing and one set on the leg press. After 20 years of training, I'm finally seeing some calf progress.

    I started 2 caps per day 10 days ago. I've been clean since the 1st week of June. Along with Halo I'm taking 4 caps daily of a cycle support product and the usual multivitamin/mineral complex.

    Day 10: Weighed in at 221. Felt really good this week, good pumps, good motivation and a renewed enthusiasm for hitting the gym. Strength was up on some exercises, notably incline and military presses. No sides to speak of at this point.

    Day 17: Weighed in at 223. Felt really lethargic all week. Trouble getting out of bed and lacking motivation. However, once in the gym things were A-OK. Strength about the same, but noticed a few extra reps here and there. Pumps were excellent as well.

    Im assuming you are trying to lean out on keto? Or a keto bulk?

    shitloads of water. at least 20 ounces every time I eat which is 6-7 times per day. Worknights I probably drink another 20 in between meals as well.

    Day 24: Weighed in at 224. I'm either getting used to the lethargy or it's subsiding somewhat. Strength and reps stabilized. Still getting great pumps especially chest and legs. Elbows are killing me. Not so much while training, as I think the warm ups and pump makes it go away. I feel it more when I'm at work or working around the house. Any suggestions to combat the sore elbows?

    Day 31: Weighed in at 226. Lethargy still hanging around, although not as bad. Strength, reps, pumps all still good. Elbows are fucking killing me. Again, there good while training. It's normal everyday life that they hurt. Still waiting for some suggestions on the elbow pain. Well, that was it. All in all, I got good results from the Halo but not to crazy about the sides. If I run it again, I'll probably throw in some stano-200. I ran 30mgs of superdrol about six months ago along with 600mgs of stano and had zero side effects. Started PCT today. Consisting of research clomid at 75mgs, ostarine at 20mgs and Erase at 25mgs per day. I'll check back in next month.

    Do.both your elbows hurt??...and is it pretty much the same pain on both of them??..what are your fat sources on the keto diet??..it could.be a two.fold problem...1)you got somewhat depleted from the diet2)your e2 got to low..where you taking an AI during this halo run or any otc e2 supp?....joint issues and espc elbows come into.play alot when bb's are depleted/dry and either overtrain or use heavier wieght and stress the joints/tendons in the elbows....and along with being on a ph your.strength went.up so that increased new stress...most guys when they run anytbing tend to push the limits farther and heavier...hence injuries...i would ice your elbows at nite....take some motrin/alieve...im not a big joint supp guy and there slow to work...so not much help doing that...google true relief...its emu.oil..it def gives temp relief...

    Yes, both elbows hurt identically. Fat sources are peanut butter, almonds, sirloin and salmon. No AI's since May or June. Even though my strength is up, it's not up dramatically and I"m staying within my limits. I'm allergic to everything but Tylenol and I don't like to go crazy with acetaminophen. My diet isn't contest style keto, I do eat blueberries, strawberries and banana's. My cheat meal is more like a cheat day and I usually go way overboard. I'll do a real keto diet late spring into early summer and as soon as I get enough fat off I'll add back in berries and banana's. I'll look into true relief thanks.

    Day 60: Weight 226 pounds
    Just finished PCT which consisted of the following:
    Day 1-21: Clomid 75mg's per day
    Day 1-30: Erase 25mg's per day
    Day 1-30: Ostarine 20mg's per day

    So far have not lost a pound, nor any strength. Elbows still hurt but seems to be improving quite a bit. All in all a good run.
