I'm not sure which show this was, but the awesome Lee Haney was still growing even as he was already dominating the field here. 'Rocky' DeFerro gives a pretty good MM pose to the mix. I like this era!

Some posted a video of Tony Pearson on another thread where during his routine he hit some awesome vacuum shots. Zane's ab & thigh with a vacuum is an all time classic shot.

Dang, that's an awesome top 12, I thought DeFerro looked good there, 3rd is pretty spot on. Robby in 4th? He HAD to have been off again, lol.

No I was being serious. I'm 100% aware it's not a popular opinion, but I just can't see the asthetics with that pose. Sucking in your stomach and hitting a front double bi just doesn't look "right". Let me also say, I know it's classic and timeless; part of the foundation that bodybuilding was built upon, with that being said, it looks just as weird to me as a bloated stomach that a guy CANNOT suck in.

DeFerro couldn't pose very well and had some funny facial expressions while he posed. Looked very good though

What a great line-up.
Nothing comes close to 80's bodybuilding.

I can remember watching highlights of this show here in Australia on a show called Wide World of Sports.
We don't get any Olympia bodybuilding coverage on TV over here in Australia any more.

I miss the classic old physiques.
