EVENTS:
1. Log Press for reps:
• LWY MEN: 230lbs.
• HWY MEN: 250lbs.
• Masters / Novice: 215lbs.
• Women: 95LBS.
• 60 Second time limit
• Single clean and press for reps
• Competitor must wait for “down” signal before beginning next repetition
• Log must be pressed until elbows are in a locked position.
• Belt “Ok”
• Wrist Supports “Ok”
• Absolutely no intentional dropping of the log – intentional dropping of the log will result in forfeit of points for the event.
2. Axle Dead lift for reps:
• LWY Men: 475lbs.
• HWY Men: 525lbs.
• Men’s Novice / Masters: 405lbs.
• Women’s: 225lbs.
• 2” diameter axel
• No Dead Lift suits
• No straps
• No Sumo style Dead Lifting
• Belt “Ok”
• Wrist supports “Ok”
• Must wait from a “down” signal from judge before beginning next repetition
• Competitor must wait for “up” signal from judge before beginning next repetition.
• 60 second time limit
3. Front Hold:
• Men’s LWY: 30lbs. per hand chain
• Men’s HWY: 30lbs. per hand chain
• Men’s Masters 30lbs. per hand chain
• Novice: 17lbs. per hand chain
• Women: 10lbs. per hand chain
• Chain must be held at 90 degrees from the body
• Time will be called when any deviation is made from 90 degrees
• Max Time wins event

• (75) Seconds time limit
• Novice: 200, 220, 240, 260,280
• Masters: 240, 260, 280, 300, 313
• LWY: 260, 280, 300, 335, 354
