The EZ Whey Cookbook - Clean Eats That Taste Like Cheats, and she was at the Phoenix Pro to help promote her cookbook.
After suffering a knee injury that ended her career as a D1 collegiate soccer player, Emily set her sites on the fitness industry. She is a certified personal trainer, fitness model, figure athlete, and a Team SCI-Fit Athlete, as well as a full-time student at Arizona State University. Emily graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness this spring at the age of 22.
How did Emily think of creating a cookbook that is not only healthy, but contest prep friendly?
"...While prepping for previous figure competitions, I started creating my own delicious recipes that were completely clean, as well as, prep friendly. Those recipes have now turned in to my clean eating cookbook; The EZ Whey - Clean Eats That Taste Like Cheats! The EZ Whey is spreading rapidly throughout the fitness industry and I am extremely excited to develop my brand, The EZ Whey, LLC over the next year. All recipes in the cookbook are easy to prepare and a huge improvement over the typical, boring flavors most people and recipes associate with the word diet. The factor that makes my book unique is that I actually cook with Whey Protein in the majority of my recipes. I have everything from breakfast to desserts and love experimenting with new recipes and “wheys” to make eating clean enjoyable for others!"

4 tbsp ground flax seed
2 egg whites
1 tbsp water
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia to taste
Capella Drops (optional)
Blend and pour onto waffle iron. Top with sugar free syrup, jelly, or fruit.

2 tbsp flax meal
2 tbsp water
For sweet crackers, add stevia or cocoa powder. For savory crackers, add garlic, onion and herbs.
