Thank you for the kind comments. Honestly hams were a big weak point when I first got into BB. Always had powerful quads and would strain my hammies all the time during football and track through out high school and college. I literally would not be able to do the lightest weight on ham machines. So ive been hitting them twice a week for past few years to get them strong and get a good drop.
As for the chest remark...its just the pose lol. Chest is my biggest weakness (well and genetically wide hips/waist. Thats been a big focus for some time but bastards just wont grow. Damn bikini girls get it easy, small chest cured for life with 7k lmoa.
Brad if you dont mind sharing do you train one of your ham days with quads. and are both days till failure?
Hams....Dude has hanging rear delts! Damn things are huge! Good work man!!!!
Thanks, I can actually credit Cormier for that. He was really big on doing rear delts and I carried over some of the exercises he did to my training with Glass.

What is your typical offseason workout routine. For example;
Chest/ monday
Back/ Tuesday etc etc....
u look great run4td what show will u be doin' this year?
Not 100% sure. Want to see where I am sitting mid March and make a decision. Just got back into the gym this week after 8 weeks of nothing but a half ass pump here and there. I would like to hit the stage this year but see how i respond.
I had to mute the music to get through this..........
lol when I was with Universal they made us do biweekly videos. I suck with editing and there were only a few songs that I had legally on my comp so I was stuck with some shitty stuff. Not much of a computer guy so never had own music (my old college roommate still updates my ipod lol)
Stays the same year round.
Sunday legs
Monday ches
Tuesday back
Wednesday shoulders
Thursday hams
Friday arms
Sat off
Thanks for the response, that is a good looking routine.
I have had similar problems with food digestion in the past and have had to prep similar too the way you did in the video. Are you going to do anymore videos in the future? Best of luck in your quest as a Pro.
