    I hit a little hams with my quads on sundays. Nothing too crazy but maybe 2 exercises.

    Then on Thursday I hit just hams and glutes. 5-6 exercises all to just about failure.

    Thanks, I can actually credit Cormier for that. He was really big on doing rear delts and I carried over some of the exercises he did to my training with Glass.

    What is your typical offseason workout routine. For example;
    Chest/ monday
    Back/ Tuesday etc etc....

    lol when I was with Universal they made us do biweekly videos. I suck with editing and there were only a few songs that I had legally on my comp so I was stuck with some shitty stuff. Not much of a computer guy so never had own music (my old college roommate still updates my ipod lol)
