Decent back workout, got a monster pump!
Bent over rows (standing on platform)

pulldowns

seated cable row

deadlifts

shrugs

I couldn't resist dead lifting today. I didn't go all that heavy my lower back is still a little sore. Feels good to work hard though.

KENTUCKY FRIED MUSCLE! LOL
This type of training is a complete change of stimulus for me. I typically go heavy (for me) 4-6 reps after warmup. The weights I used today are so light or so I thought.....
standing military press

seated laterals

bent over laterals

barbell curls
65x10,10,10,8
incline dumbbell curls
25x10,10,10,10
concentration curl
25x10,8
pressdowns

seated dumbbell extension

kickbacks (both arms together)

Baby weights! But man I've never had a better pump and burn! 30-45 sec between sets finished it in about 45 min.
Did about 8 sets for abs and 30 min. treadmill.

I know exactly what you mean. "They" are always coming up with something to enlighten us old timers! If I'm going to be enlightened I'm looking at what the great bodybuilder's before me did!

Stretching and squeezing as hard as possible on everything, thought I was gonna hurl! lol
