22 pounds in 3 weeks and there is no looks of spill over or any holding water.
That is beyond impressive. Incredible rebound so far.

How much more are you going to push it weight wise?
Fantastic conditioning for 3 weeks post show and with 450g of carbs in you.

I don't know how much further I want to push it. I want to be a light heavy next year but I don't want to gain too much fat this offseason. Waiting on Jason's word on what we are doing next but I am guessing he will back me down from my 4k calories a day soon.
