Using steroids within the first two years of training.
I thought I made that clear.
No one said anything about all drugs. However you can bet if it were normal for the average meat head to be on competition level cycles within the first two years, that along with beginners gains would have many people making that much progress and more.
Oh wait....unless you are implying he's all natural.

I agree to what can be achieved with a proper plan and dedication becuase I have lived it myself. But not to that extent!! The kid has genes to respond plus the above period!
There are not many that can respond like that no matter what they take. If you look like he does so quickly forget about the 2 year of learning your body. the kid has a legit chance of BB being a career. If thats what he chooses go for it as smart as you canStop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log

I also seen kids that do bodybuilding just for a trend of the moment and then dropping out after a year or 2.
They go to a show, get exited at a contest then they go to a gym and talk with the more freaky guy in there, show their cash and tell him what ever it takes I want to compete in the next National event. Miracles are done at gyms every day, just the extra motivation make things happened.
Yes I know Genetics are different and play a big part in the transformation but nobody said this is the first time something like this happened...S.M.A.R.T. Curt please stop training at 24 Fitness or other family gym and get for some answers at the most Hardcore, dirty gyms you can find in town. Little dungeons hardcore gyms or even Gold's Gym and Power House Gyms.
Why assume the worst? Because for most of those kid is just a trendy thing to do and what to get like that the fastest way possible, what ever it takes...S.M.A.R.T. Because the discussion was about how while this guy has made a lot of progress in two years, most guys even with the best genetics aren't doing competition level steroid cycles as straight newbs.
So yes, there would be way more people making that much progress and more if they were doing what he no doubt is.
It also isn't even about how much progress he made as a newb. That won't tell us how he will do after several more years of training.
I think some here underestimate the power of newbie gains if there is halfway decent training and eating.
