Fast-paced training simply won't allow for heavy weights, will it?
Joel, you remember Devin Dearth? He's IFBB pro David Dearth's brother, and he competed in several Ky Muscle contests, including the one you won in 2003. He competed in my (middleweight) class.
You probably heard he suffered a massive stroke in 2007. Found out today a documentary about him will be released soon. Here's the info and a trailer if you're interested:

Thanks for the feedback guys! Yes I tend to slack on hams and no their not a strong point! I used to do a lot of stiff leg deads but my lower back has been giving some problems so I've not been doing them.
I looked at the Charles Glass video HammerFit posted, I'm going to take some que's from that for sure. Actually my hams are fried right now from doing the hyper extensions with a flat back right after the leg curls. But yes I do need to step it up in that area!
