George really knows his stuff, and you know your body well and it shows by how well you stay in shape. Will be great to meet you and chill back stage, I will need someone to keep my calm before stepping on a big time stage.
I will be there Wednesday night through since my brother lives in pittsburgh 10 minutes from the venue. Jason usually has me eat every hour starting thursday till Saturday morning, so i will just pack it all up and pose all day thursday/friday.

Quad training is going well. Knees are very sore but I'm doing higher reps for squats (15-25 range) I've built my size back that I lost on my quads. I've got a pump here so thigh separation goes away but they're coming along. The outer quad is feathering a little now problaly can't see it in this pic shadowy.

i think i lost some size. i'm down to 182lbs. starting to feel a little small. and still no leg veins yet.
