Got to meet you at the Arnold and you steered me to the EVO stack. I liked the fact you asked me my goals and seemed pretty sincere about the whole deal. It didn't hurt that you were wearing an outfit that would have made me buy a pile on donkey manure off of you.

I was just curious, (none of my business) of your ethnicity ? I have two daughters from China, and one of them noticed that you had Asian features, but I honestly couldn't tell them of your ethnicity. Just curious.

It is difficult to say which is being compromised between your rotator cuff or your acromioclavicular (AC) joint without knowing your symptoms and evaluating you. However, I highly recommend for people to get myofascial release work or massages done periodically especially if you train.

In regards to good offices in the LA area I am not sure since I have not practiced in Cali. If I was, I would fix ya!

Hi Biggie!
When I am not prepping for a show, I am still training hard to make my gains and improvements during the off season. I also love to spend time with my family and friends and of course I enjoy some yummy eating of some of my favorite foods like chocolate, cheesecake, pizza. Okay, now I am getting hungry. I better stop..LOL

I believe the judges look for the best complete athlete on stage on that day. More specifically, who displays the best complete package in terms of conditioning, overall muscle balance, symmetry, presentation on stage. Just to name a few
