Deadlift: 275 - 5
Hammer Strength Pulldown (neutral grip): 100 - 6, 2, 2...up 5
Seated cable row: 195 - 5, 2, 2
Stiff-arm pulldown: 115 - lots...up 2.5
Bent cable reverse flye: 35 - lots...up 2.5
AFTERTHOUGHTS:
- I have a love/hate relationship with deadlifts. They tear my ass up (especially since I have lower back issues), but they pack on the beef. Plus I feel powerful as hell lifting massive amounts of weight.
- I fucking love blondes. Mmm. Especially ones with super juicy booties.
