So I wasnt going to workout today until last minute, figured I got out of work early because of a water main break in Harrisburg so...

Some real delt stuff nothing worth writing.
Today was pretty good considering I strict pressed Saturday and decided this last minute, figured Easter would throw a wrench in the plans this weekend so Ill take what I can get.

The setup for my reverse band changed up from when I was at Golds, it worked pretty well and I really like these, did them a lot leading up to the Arnold. The setup took ABOUT 135 off at the bottom but the last 4 inches of the pull there was no band contact so it was all the weight on the bar. This is the lift I really want to bring before I compete next.

Felt really good tonight, no idea I was going to go this heavy but my legs were feeling great and my back was feeling good despite pulling heavy Tuesday. The diet is working too, Im down to 367 from 379 3 weeks ago and I dont feel like Ive lost much if any strength. I think I am going to ask the nutritionist to tweak it so I hold steady here for a week or so, dont want to drop too much more just yet.

Happy with log tonight, wasnt really feeling it warming up. Didnt time it but my training partner said it was under 75 seconds for sure, it felt like I pressed for 9 minutes, the clean is still the part thats burning out first along with my legs. The last 2 reps I didnt have much pop at all, still getting back in the swing of this rep stuff.

I wasnt sure how I would do this week, been feeling down and out physically, I think its all the rain weve been having here in PA. Basically dragging myself to the gym the last few workouts. I went up from last week so I guess something is working, 865x1 last week was ugly but I got it, 885x1 this week was smooth but didnt want to get greedy.

Haha..Jesus. I'm not posting my front squats anymore. And I called you to talk Cardio. Obviously...all I need to learn is right here.
Just remember: Haas Gave me permission to cut you off from the pudding bar. And I'm sure he gave you permission to cut me off from the Liquor bar. He knows how to keep us inline!
