i have discussed possibly trying a different approach with me aka carb cycle or a higher fat vs carb diet. the research that i have done and based on what my dr says i should eat a lower carb style...

i currently weigh 148. im 5'2 my diet looks like this
-4 egg whites
3/4 c oatmal
- 1 s pp + 1/4 c oats
-4 oz chicken + 3/4 c brown rice
-1 scoop pp +1/4 c oats
-4 oz beef + 4 oz...

i have considered getting a second opinion by a dr if i even have the condition bc my blood work does not indicate anything to be wrong... everything is with in normal limits other than my insulin...

i have done 3 shows before. first show i dieted with a lot of carbs and other 2 i did very low carb. i looked better on a lower carb diet however either way by the end of the prep my cardio was...
i always keep my cardio and lifting separate... im way to lazy to do my cardio pwo unless i absolutely have to. i am currently drinking powdered bcaa's. thanks for yalls replies
