Hi Dave,
Listening to your show for the past years has made me realise how important it is to keep proper blood pressure levels. Now having to go to the doctor daily or weekly to get this measured seems very inconvenient for me.
Do you recommend to buy a blood pressure monitor for easy measuring at home? Seems that proper ones are about $100 and I wouldnt mind spending this to keep daily/weekly checkups for good health.

hi, i was just wondering what dave's personal opinion is in regards to where an optimal calorie total should be in order to lose fat and put on muscle mass relative to a persons BMR and more importantly how does he feel these totals should change once anabolics are introduced.
Taking into consideration that there is now a heightened metabolic rate and greater capacity to utilize protein being ingested with less fat accumulation, how do you accommodate for these changes and is it dose/hormone dependent.

First off I hate this show so much that I would rather swim in a open septic tank at George Farahs house with my mouth open to get my daily fiber.
Question is during carb up for a show Would you see a benefit using a GDA at every meal to help with up loading.

What is the difference between "probiotics" and "digestive enzymes?" And how much and when should they be used?

Dave, your shows information is so useless that I would rather dumb myself down so that I could watch and learn from Dora the Explorer instead.
Is it possible that I can substitute Ezekiel bread as a carb source? The reason behind my question is that I have followed many diets that have included oatmeal in my plan. However, I honestly am starting to despise oatmeal as much as I despise your show.
Would making this switch be beneficial for breakfast and possibly a light pre work meal? Keep in mind my goals are to get leaner.
Lastly, I asked you a while back if you were coming to Canada. You had jokingly mentioned that you were unsure if they would let you back in. Care to explain?

Dave another question is it best to keep proteins low when carbing up? Like 3-4oz protein to 1 cup white rice.

I hate this show more than listening to Rocky3 preach his bullshit across the forums.
What are your feelings on cardio, such as HIIT cardio, fasted cardio or late night cardio?

i hate this show so much that i got it banned for not being kosher enough!! when is another time i could do cardio on a keto diet and still be beneficial because if it isnt possible for me to do morning cardio and post workout cardio due to my crazy scedule....

listening to this show is like taking 10 scoops of fiberlyze!!
would you recommend taking dhea with test enanthate? my doctor prescribed test only to me no anti-aromatizers, should I be on them?..i only take 1/2 cc. according to my blood work my test levels range is at about 1000.
also my wife wants to know if she can take dhea while on birth control pills? thank u both!!

Dave, I hate Your show So Much, I'd rather jerk of with a cheese-grader than watch you make a fool of yourself on your stupid show!
Toney "The X-man" Freeman got arrested a couple of years ago here in Sweden due to our naziesh steroids-laws. In this country a normal citizen is prohibited by law to have any ped's in his or hers own bloodstream and it is regarded in the same way as heavy drugs like cocaine and heroin...
So, my question is;
Will you ever visit Sweden and in that case when? It is one of my short term goals to attend one of your seminaries!
