Dear Dave,
Hate the show so much I'd rather listen to George Farah and Lui Marco speak English.
Dave what do you think about beef protein isolate and egg protein powders. I strongly believe that Whey isolate (Species) is the best quality with the highest biological value, but many people argue that other powders such as beef and egg are better than whey. How can I convince people that Whey isolate is the best?

Dear Dave,
Is it possible to build deltoids WITHOUT overhead pressing movements? I've been reading articles on shoulder impingement syndrome and it appears any movement of the arms overhead - especially shoulder pressing movements put a lot of stress on the supraspinous tendon.
Could a program of front, side, and rear deltoid raises be just as effective AND safer, or would you still recommend including presses in your training.Last edited by PTB; 10-25-2016 at 02:28 PM.

Hi Dave,
I hate this show so much I'd rather sleep in my own pool of sweat and not change the sheets than listen to you.
I'm currently running your bulking cycle from your app and I'm experiencing severe night sweats where I'm changing the sheets everyday day and my clothes during the night as they're drenched. What could be the cause of this or any tips on narrowing it down to anything in particular and stopping it or at least reducing it.

Dave,
Hate the show! In regards fat intake, I have heard you advising men to eat .75 grams per pound of bodyweight. Is there an upper limit to this number? Would you have a 300lb bodybuilder eating 225g of fat a day? I ask because I am currently 240lbs and 180g of fat seems like a high number.

Hey Dave,
currently on a high protein high carb diet and I have a big issue with my stomach processing the food I eat and I pass a lot of bad gas. What is your recommendation on helping this subside or possibly getting rid of this issue?

Hey Dave,
I might do my first show, but I'm a little bit anxious to step on stage for the first time. I'm not certain if I can be good enough to match up against my competitors or that I even like stepping on stage and posing for a crowd. How did you feel before your first show and do you have any tips for a person like me?

We know that it's good to do cardio in the morning on empty stomach for losing bodyfat. What if I can't do cardio in the early morning due to the job, which time is the best time beside in the morning? Is it better to do cardio before or after weight trainning session?

Hi dave ? Can Insulin be used with fat and carbs meal . 5iu Insulin Before breakfast: 4 whole eggs and 40-50g carbs form oats or gritz. Or we have split carbs and fat in meals with insulin usage.

I'm a big fan of your work here in Brazil. I'm going compete next year in amateur mens physique. A cycle a couple o times in the past 7 years. What are the normal doses of test and other products that mens physique normally use (low test doses)? They can't get too big, otherwise they wont fit in their cathegory.

Hi Dave,
Can you explain more about DHEA and 7-Keto? I'm 36 years old and I'm on 100mg DHEA and so far it's the best suplement I took in my life, my strength is going up and muscle mass also but I'm afraid of side effects. So I'm thinking about changing it to 7-Keto. But same time I'm worried that because 7-Keto doesn't function as precursor to testosterone I will not have higher testosterone levels and muscle building effects of 7-Keto will be zero. Anyway would be grate to hear your opinion on all this.

Hi Dave, I hate this show so much I rather do 3 hours of cardio with pink training pants...
After coming off a long cycle with just a short hcg, should I do more hcg and or stay on hcg with my next cycle that I would like to start soon. And does SPECIES ship to Canada??? And would you ever have a GURO course in Toronto Ontario maybe around the time of our pro sho??
