Omg just ate 12 inch meatballs sub on wheat with mozzarella & EVERYTHING ON IT & a bag of chips from subway. Then went to the nearby pizza shop & ate a large slice of Buffalo chicken wing pizza slice With blue cheese! The hunger is fn INSANE!!! Trt starts in 1-1.5 weeks! Talk to:

2 Mcriddles and a medium coffee in 1.5 hours after work. Im gonna go home & eat 3 more eggs for more protein. Wake up (pre workout shake & 2 packs of plain oatmeal) head to golds & beat up back n bis. Deadlifts are my focus. Post workout shake, 3 packs of flavored oatmeal with protein shake! Berberine before those meals. Even though I said 1x on training days, but I’ll feel it out. That’s it for carbs. Rest of the day will be fats n protein! Few more days I’ll begin trt. Whether I start trt in few days or 6 days doesn’t make a difference! So, 7 days n 7 nights of:
